This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Identify, target, educate, and manage accounts within the designated territory, which includes hospitals, pathology groups, oncologists, and surgeons, regarding Agendia’s product offerings.

• Interface with existing and new collaborations in the oncology sector.

• Assist managed care teams in the creation of clinical and medical documentation for reimbursement policies.

• Aid regulatory affairs management in the preparation of presentation documents and materials.

• Support Sales and Marketing initiatives, clinical trial strategies, clinical utility data development, regulatory and reimbursement tasks, as well as client services.

• Provide medical and clinical insights for the development of new products.

• Assist in the formulation of medical marketing strategies and the creation and delivery of medical, clinical, and scientific content.

• Educate clients on Agendia’s diagnostic products through publications, account in-services, WebEx sessions, and scientific presentations.

• Offer statistical and analytical support for clinical trials, research, data collection, safety, and medical information programs.

• Help design and execute clinical trials and interpret their results.

• Support product-specific information and communication strategies.

• Foster and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.

• Assist physicians and patients in data interpretation.

• Present data to physicians, hospital administrators, and payers across the United States.

• Serve as a technical and scientific subject-matter expert for commercial personnel.

• Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, Clinical Affairs, R&D, QA/RA, Lab Operations, Customer Care, Marketing, and other departments.

• Represent Agendia at sales meetings, conferences, client clinical presentations, and patient advocacy events.

• Assist with the analysis of clinical and registry data, abstract development, presentations, and peer-reviewed manuscripts.

• Work alongside the VP of Clinical Affairs on reimbursement and technology assessments of Agendia products.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent) with 1–3 years of experience in Oncology; experience with solid tumors is preferred.

• Alternatively, an RN, NP, CNP, PA, or equivalent license with a minimum Master’s Degree (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of Oncology experience; breast cancer experience is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or in a comparable customer-facing industry or clinical role.

• Demonstrated experience in presenting and/or interpreting scientific or clinical research publications.

• Proven ability to establish strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.

• Preferred knowledge of geography and key opinion leaders.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Understanding of regulatory requirements pertinent to field-based personnel.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and managed-care accounts.

• Skill in summarizing complex scientific information and presenting it clearly, concisely, confidently, accurately, and in a balanced manner.

• Willingness and ability to travel at least 75% of workdays.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 75%.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required.

• Familiarity with digital tools.

• Capacity to work independently while adhering to Medical Affairs' strategic direction.

• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities effectively.

• Knowledge of healthcare systems, the medical landscape, regulatory and payer environments, public health, and industry trends.
