This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and maintain scientific relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and treatment centers specializing in multiple myeloma and other related hematologic cancers.
• Act as Karyopharm’s scientific ambassador and promote a balanced, compliant scientific dialogue.
• Collect and share medical insights, treatment trends, competitive intelligence, and identify unmet needs.
• Assist in raising awareness for clinical trials, identifying sites, and engaging investigators in collaboration with Clinical Development.
• Support opportunities for investigator-led research and scientific collaborations.
• Engage in advisory boards, conferences, steering committees, and medical education programs.
• Collaborate closely with teams in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access, and HEOR.
• Guide and mentor junior MSLs and take part in special projects as assigned.
• Advanced doctoral degree preferred (PharmD, MD, DO, PhD); candidates with advanced clinical degrees and significant oncology MSL experience will also be considered.
• A minimum of 3 years of oncology MSL experience is required.
• Experience in multiple myeloma is essential; experience with myelofibrosis is preferred.
• Experience with product launches and pre-launch activities is preferred.
• Strong skills in scientific communication and presentation are necessary.
• Proven ability to establish relationships with hematology thought leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
