This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establishing trustworthy relationships with gastroenterologists, pathologists, advanced practice providers, and essential healthcare stakeholders within your territory.
• Articulating the scientific and clinical benefits of Cyted's technology, customizing discussions for each audience and adoption stage.
• Providing captivating clinical education, training, and scientific presentations that foster confidence and facilitate successful adoption.
• Becoming a dependable scientific ally, offering credible, evidence-based support throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborating with Commercial and Clinical Operations to assist with customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing utilization.
• Collecting real-world clinical insights, customer feedback, and market intelligence to influence product development, evidence generation, and commercial strategy.
• Contributing to the development of Medical Affairs at Cyted by leading cross-functional projects, proactively addressing challenges, and collaborating across Medical Affairs, Commercial, Product, and Clinical teams to enhance Medical Affairs and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Keeping abreast of advancements in gastroenterology, oncology, diagnostics, and the evolving US healthcare landscape, bringing valuable insights back to the organization.
• Relevant scientific, clinical, or healthcare experience, backed by a degree or equivalent professional qualifications in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Proven experience in communicating scientific or clinical evidence in a manner that builds trust, influences adoption, and promotes improved patient care.
• Background in diagnostics, biotechnology, medical devices, or healthcare, coupled with a passion for innovative technologies and enhancing clinical pathways.
