Medical Science Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Creates and/or presents information to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Academic Institutions, payors, patient advocacy organizations, and professional bodies.

• Acts as the company representative at medical scientific congresses and conferences.

• Plans, organizes, and executes Advisory Boards, Round Tables, Regional Medical Meetings, and Symposia as necessary.

• Instructs investigators and site personnel on trial protocols and eligibility criteria, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the investigational product being utilized in the study.

• Identifies new trial sites and collaborates with existing sites to expedite participant enrollment.

• Remains updated on therapeutic areas relevant to the company and competitive development initiatives.

• Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing support for clinical development programs and/or commercial products in Neurology, particularly in Movement Disorders or Epilepsies.

• An advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, M.D., or Ph.D.) in a scientific field, along with 3 to 5+ years of experience in a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) role.

• Shows a high degree of intellectual curiosity, innovation, and creative problem-solving capabilities, possessing an entrepreneurial mindset; able to excel in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for building significant relationships founded on trust and promoting diversity in all its forms.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, driven by a commitment to deliver high-quality results.
