This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver scientific and/or clinical presentations concerning Natera’s Organ Health division with an emphasis on the genetics of Chronic Kidney Disease, supporting Renasight and Prospera, to general nephrology practitioners.

• Address customer inquiries regarding marketed and developing products.

• Act as a medical and scientific resource for the Sales and Marketing teams.

• Cultivate, sustain, and oversee relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in transplant and genetics, along with relevant healthcare professionals.

• Analyze results and provide clinical assistance to ordering clinicians and their teams for individual samples or aggregated data.

• Create educational materials for healthcare providers and patients.

• Manage protected health information in both paper and electronic formats utilizing various technologies.

• Complete HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance, and security training within the first 30 days of employment.

• Stay updated on Natera training prerequisites.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Provide support to the field sales team with 50–75% travel requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree and board certification are mandatory.

• Preferred knowledge in relevant clinical sciences, particularly nephrology.

• Prior experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is advantageous.

• Candidates living within 30 minutes of an airport and within the designated territory are preferred.

• Must exhibit an outgoing and confident demeanor.

• Should be an independent thinker and an effective communicator.

• Experience in building strong, collaborative relationships with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, and external clients is essential.

• Familiarity with molecular biology, immunology, and genetics is beneficial.

• Capability to handle protected health information and to complete necessary privacy, compliance, and security training.

• Must successfully pass a post-offer criminal background check.

• Ability to frequently sit, stand, and walk; use a computer daily; and stand for extended durations when necessary.

• Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.
