This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish scientific collaborations and partnerships with Thought Leaders and healthcare professionals, including multidisciplinary nuclear medicine teams at leading RPT institutions.

• Collaborate with institutions to comprehend clinical and RPT-specific factors affecting patient access in clinical trials.

• Facilitate impactful scientific discussions and presentations.

• Inform key opinion leaders about real-world evidence and outcomes from clinical trials.

• Identify and recommend potential clinical trial sites.

• Engage with investigators and site personnel to provide education on trials and assets.

• Recognize barriers to enrollment and propose solutions to enhance enrollment.

• Conduct sessions to gather insights on emerging clinical or diagnostic/imaging requirements, treatment paradigms, and obstacles to optimal patient care.

• Convert frontline feedback into strategic insights.

• Develop essential skills in scientific exchange, territory planning, and stakeholder engagement.

• Serve as a scientific collaborator with medical and commercial/sales colleagues, guiding medical education and external interactions.


⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced scientific degree (MD/PhD/PharmD/NP/PA), with a strong preference for oncology clinical expertise.

• 2–5+ years of pertinent experience in oncology and/or RPT.

• At least 3 years of field experience with an RPT or solid tumor product.

• Demonstrated curiosity, coachability, and strong learning agility within a scientific or clinical setting.

• High motivation, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving field-based role.

• Proven history of external engagement with national and global Thought Leaders.

• Capability to engage in peer-to-peer discussions about data in a fair and balanced manner.

• Expert understanding of clinical practice and evolving healthcare delivery models.

• Comprehension of treatment paradigms and the ability to frame information persuasively for physicians.

• Results-driven, positive, resilient attitude with the ability to adapt to change.

• Proven ability to enhance organizational performance.

• Experience in identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with Thought Leaders while compliantly partnering with commercial/sales teams.

• Capacity to work independently and build strong rapport with both external and internal stakeholders.

• High integrity and sound judgment to navigate role requirements compliantly.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying scientific and clinical data to HCPs.

• Strong passion for science and a commitment to remaining updated with the latest data.

• Ability to utilize AI to enhance team execution and decision-making.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
