This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Engage in communication with clients, medical assistants, and nursing staff within the organization.
• Uphold client and employee confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls from patients and/or vendors.
• Address inquiries via live chat.
• Execute ancillary tasks independently.
• Organize and process blood work orders and physician appointment schedules.
• Oversee data entry into the computer database.
• Handle a substantial volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Review voicemails and return calls to customers.
• Maintain daily email correspondence with patients, vendors, and colleagues.
• Keep work areas, supplies, and equipment organized and clean.
• Responsibilities, duties, and activities may be adjusted at any time with or without prior notice.
• Applicants must be residents of Florida.
• Experience in scheduling is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Administrative experience is preferred.
• A High School Diploma is required.
• An Associate's degree in healthcare is preferred.
• Capability to demonstrate active listening and problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including phone and email etiquette.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Proficient in learning and utilizing various computer programs.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 9 PM.
