
Medical Sales Representative – Oncology, Diabetes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Promoting oncology and diabetes products to oncologists, diabetologists, and other relevant healthcare professionals within the designated territory, utilizing compelling presentations and demonstrations.
• Establishing and nurturing strong collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) and healthcare professionals, providing ongoing support and transparent communication regarding the benefits of products, clinical data, and appropriate usage.
• Conducting thorough market analyses to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in oncology and diabetes; providing detailed analytical reports on promotional activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.
• Organizing and actively participating in medical congresses, seminars, workshops, and educational programs to enhance physician engagement and product knowledge.
• Developing and presenting comprehensive educational materials and scientific presentations that support the safe and effective use of products, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ensuring all sales activities, interactions, and promotional materials comply with local, national, and international regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards in all stakeholder interactions.
• Working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and organizational objectives, demonstrating resilience and decisiveness in a dynamic market environment.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback and market information to inform strategic recommendations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in medical sales, with proven experience in the oncology and/or diabetes markets.
• Extensive knowledge of oncology and diabetes products, including biosimilars, their clinical applications, and therapeutic benefits.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific information to diverse audiences within the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in market analysis and data interpretation.
• Demonstrated ability to establish, develop, and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Proven knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical standards in medical sales.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently throughout Spain.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Doctorate (PhD) in life sciences or a related discipline (preferred).
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools (preferred).
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving organizational goals (preferred).
• Experience in organizing and delivering medical training programs and conferences (preferred).
• Familiarity with the healthcare systems and reimbursement processes in Spain (preferred).
• Multilingual capabilities, particularly proficiency in Spanish and English (preferred).
