• Successfully fulfill all training obligations, including product assessments.
• Initiate conversations with primary care healthcare professionals regarding approved uses and the efficacy/safety profiles of products.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create a localized strategy and business plan aimed at achieving or surpassing sales and call execution targets within the territory.
• Propel sales performance and ensure that sales forecasts and allocated budgets meet or exceed expectations for both therapeutic areas and territories.
• Cultivate and sustain comprehensive knowledge of the market, demographics, and managed care information pertinent to the assigned sales territory.
• Adhere to all regulations concerning interactions with healthcare professionals.
