• Create and execute a sales management strategy to achieve or surpass sales goals within your designated territory.
• Advocate for our comprehensive selection of primary care products while educating our esteemed customers to ensure favorable outcomes for patients.
• Relay product details to healthcare professionals effectively.
• Recognize unmet needs and devise solutions to fulfill them.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and colleagues at the corporate office.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical product sales is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• A proven and consistent track record in sales performance.
• Demonstrated business insight and strong analytical capabilities.
• Established leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in launching new products is essential.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with digital meeting platforms such as Veeva Engage, Teams, Zoom, etc.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a plus.
