Medical Representative – Respiratory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Attain respiratory sales goals through proficient management of territory and budget

• Formulate yearly business plans for the territory utilizing market insights and brand strategies

• Develop action plans for the territory based on key data sources

• Provide customer value through selling focused on disease and concepts

• Finalize reports on expenses, calls, marketing, and field insights

• Ensure adherence to Regeneron's legal and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with alliance partners to fulfill mutual business goals

• Foster trusted relationships with customers and adapt to evolving market demands

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

• At least five years of experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative

• Possession of a valid driver’s license

• MR Certification required

• Strong skills in customer engagement, emphasizing value delivery

• Capability to perform disease and concept-based selling

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities

• Strong skills in planning, organization, and territory management

• Proficiency in presenting to a variety of audiences effectively

• Ability to work independently in alignment with strategic and tactical plans

• Proficient in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email

• Experience in alliance partnerships

• Preferred knowledge in respiratory or ENT therapy areas, along with biologics sales experience

• Current understanding of relevant therapy areas and competitor offerings is preferred

• Established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in respiratory or ENT are advantageous

• Fluency in English is a plus
