Medical Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and assess safety data, employing line listings and/or other visualization methods.

• Recognize potential issues and address or escalate them as necessary.

• Examine safety data and compile summaries for safety review meetings.

• Assist in the management of routine project execution, forecasting, and coordination.

• Track the progress of data review and alert stakeholders to any delays and/or risks.

• Address complex challenges through comprehensive evaluation of various factors and propose solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related Health Sciences field (such as Physician's Assistant) or a licensed RN.

• Prior experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the job (equivalent to 2+ years).

• At least 2 years of clinical safety experience (including clinical research monitoring, pharmacovigilance, or a combination of both).

• Familiarity with GCPs for medical oversight of clinical trials and SAE processing.

• Understanding of drug development and safety reporting processes.

• Proficiency in safety data trending, including coding.

• Practical knowledge of biostatistics, data management, and clinical procedures.
