Medical Nurse, USRN License, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Administer patient intake questionnaires to gather medical history, allergies, and current medications.

• Conduct precise reviews and updates of patient records.

• Discuss lab results and imaging findings with patients.

• Pre-screen patients for eligibility, referrals, or insurance prerequisites.

• Oversee pre- and post-appointment check-ins, including follow-up calls, review of instructions, and satisfaction surveys.

• Facilitate care coordination by communicating provider instructions to patients in layman's terms.

• Arrange scheduling for labs, imaging, or specialist referrals.

• Manage outreach for chronic disease management, including medication reminders and patient check-ins.

• Conduct remote patient monitoring.

• Perform medical transcription and draft standard correspondence.

• Ensure clinical compliance by verifying the accuracy and completeness of documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid Nurse license (RN or equivalent) or a license as a Medical Doctor, Dentist, or Veterinarian.

• Licenses from any country included in our candidate pool or from the United States are acceptable (state licenses required).

• A minimum of 1 year of remote work experience in a clinical role at a US-based healthcare organization (refer to the list below).

• Alternatively, at least 2 years of experience in a medical role as a Doctor, Nurse, Dentist, or Veterinarian in your own country.

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows is essential.

• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance is mandatory.

• Additional knowledge of Front or Back Office operations is preferred but not required.

• Must be willing to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
