This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement the franchise peer-to-peer strategy within NMOSD and gMG.
• Oversee peer-to-peer initiatives, which include managing speaker bureau operations, recruitment, onboarding, training, symposia, product theaters, and resources for field personnel.
• Create and manage branded materials related to disease states and peer-to-peer initiatives through agency collaboration, as well as Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review, approval, rollout, and updates.
• Enhance the neurology speaker bureau and peer-to-peer programs by utilizing execution monitoring and stakeholder feedback.
• Co-manage the planning of the annual U.S. Neurology congress, focusing on prioritization, budgeting, activation strategies, and evaluation measures.
• Take ownership of the strategy and execution for designated congresses, which includes managing sponsorships, event spaces, product theaters, vendors, preparedness, onsite execution, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate on booth strategy, content, design, and execution for assigned congresses.
• Assist in KOL engagement plans and foster relationships with professional societies, congress organizers, and external experts.
• Lead the alignment process before and after congresses across Medical Affairs, TLLs, Marketing, Sales, Market Research, Global, and other collaborators.
• Integrate customer insights and emerging needs into peer-to-peer and congress strategies.
• Contribute to the annual brand planning process and lead tactical plans, budgets, and performance tracking for assigned initiatives.
• Monitor competitive landscape, treatment dynamics, customer needs, and congress trends for NMOSD and gMG.
• Manage agencies and external vendors to ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning marketing, legal, regulatory, medical affairs, compliance, market access, sales, and related functions.

• Doctorate degree, or a Master's degree with 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience relevant to a Marketing/Sales commercial organization.
• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience pertinent to a Marketing/Sales commercial organization, or an Associate's degree with 8 years of such experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization.
• Strong competencies in medical marketing, including peer-to-peer strategy and execution, speaker bureau operations, speaker training, promotional content development, KOL engagement, congress planning, and multichannel engagement.
• Proven experience in leading or supporting peer-to-peer programs, including management of speaker bureau operations, speaker materials, training, and product theaters.
• Demonstrated ability to manage congress activities from inception to completion, including sponsorship planning, cross-functional coordination, external vendor management, budget oversight, and onsite execution.
• Experience in developing promotional and disease-state materials, navigating content through the MAC review process and systems like Veeva PromoMats.
• Experience working with external experts and professional medical associations.
• Background in neurology is preferred; experience with rare diseases and either launch or in-line brands is favorable.
• Strong strategic thinking and project management capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple complex priorities and manage external vendors effectively.
• Proven track record of leading through influence and collaborating across functions and levels, including senior management and field organizations.
