Medical Licensing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete medical licensing process from start to finish.

• Support the onboarding of new clinicians effectively.

• Ensure the timely acquisition and renewal of licenses for all SteadyMD physicians and nurses.

• Uphold compliance with both state and federal licensing regulations.

• Serve as the main point of contact with medical boards and regulatory authorities.

• Inform internal teams about updates in licensing laws and requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical licensing.

• Proficient understanding of current IMLC, FSMB, and reciprocity states.

• Experience in managing licensing for physicians and nurses across all 51 states.

• Strong grasp of licensing regulations and credentialing best practices.

• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
