This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and researchers to promote the exchange of information regarding our products and services.

• Delivering thorough scientific and clinical support to internal teams, including sales and marketing, while aiding in the creation of educational materials.

• Assisting new product development teams and supporting structured advisory panels.

• Presenting clinical and product information at medical conferences, meetings, and symposia, ensuring the precise and effective communication of the value of Solventum products.

• Identifying and engaging in partnerships with external researchers and institutions to investigate potential clinical research initiatives and studies related to our products.

• Collecting and relaying feedback from healthcare professionals concerning product performance, patient outcomes, and possible avenues for product development.

• Offering training and education to internal teams and external stakeholders on product usage, safety, and clinical advantages.

• Ensuring that all activities adhere to relevant regulatory and ethical standards, safeguarding the integrity and reputation of Solventum.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Nursing or Science (BSN, MSN, MPH, DNP, or PhD) from an accredited institution.

• Five (5) years of professional experience as a Vascular Access Nurse, Infusion Nurse, or Infection Control Professional.

• Board Certification in Vascular Access and/or Infection Control.

• Experience in the Medical Device Field, ideally in a Medical Affairs role.

• Strong knowledge of the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, encompassing clinical research processes and regulatory requirements.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.

• Proven track record in building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
