Medical Insurance Collections Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Ensure that invoices sent to payers are processed and settled in an efficient manner.

• Oversee accounts, investigate denials, and resolve them with empathy and effectiveness.

• Assist in maintaining the ability to consistently provide compassionate and dedicated care for patients with complex medical needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Medical Insurance Collections (in a healthcare, medical office, or customer service setting).

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, and Excel).

• High school diploma or GED is required.
