Collections Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage both outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts.

• Deliver exceptional support and service to our clientele.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service and collections with outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in computer use and typing, adept at navigating multiple software applications and screens simultaneously.

• Experience handling calls in a customer service or call center setting.

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and be at least 18 years of age.
