Lead Credit and Collections Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Accountable for managing and supervising a diverse range of credit and collection activities.

• Ensures adherence to established protocols, evaluates and supervises credit sources, credit files, customer applications, and overdue accounts.

• Manages the process of collecting, compiling, and sustaining essential credit information.

• Keeps records related to credit risks, overdue accounts, and incomplete documentation.

• Addresses all communications and requests for support from the branches promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires 7+ years of experience in the relevant field.

• Experience in collections within the commercial construction sector in the NY market - REQUIRED.

• Familiarity with Oracle and getpaid - Preferred.

• Experience with Lien and Bond claims.

• Must possess strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions (potential for client-facing roles).
