This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Address unsolicited inquiries from consumers, healthcare professionals, and other external customers regarding medical and safety information via various channels, including telephone, website/email, letters, faxes, and scientific meetings on behalf of pharmaceutical clients.
• Deliver both labeled and unlabeled medical/safety information responses in compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and the policies of both clients and ProPharma.
• Identify, document, and report adverse events, pregnancy-related reports, special situation occurrences, and product complaints.
• Complete assigned tasks within the deadlines outlined in ProPharma SOPs and client Working Practices.
• Develop precise responses utilizing approved labeling, standard responses, published literature, and other relevant data.
• Assist in crafting customized medical information responses.
• Accurately, comprehensively, and promptly log inquiries in the Inquiry Handling Systems.
• Conduct quality checks on adverse events, product quality complaints, correspondence, and inquiries.
• Provide after-hours coverage on a rotational basis as needed.
• Handle confidential information and personal data in accordance with privacy regulations and company policies.
• Adhere to health and safety policies.
• Execute other responsibilities assigned by the Manager.
• A nursing degree (RN/BS/BA/MS) from Canada or the US.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient proofreading skills, professional telephone etiquette, and compassionate customer service abilities.
• Fluent and grammatically accurate writing in the designated language for the role.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong verbal reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to multitask with meticulous attention to detail within strict time constraints.
• Skills in planning, prioritizing, and organization.
• Capability to independently identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and apply them to daily operations and tasks.
• Open to constructive feedback and able to take ownership of assigned work.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on additional workload projects.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with a document management system.
• Ability to learn inquiry handling databases and other computer systems.
• Support for remote working.
• Hybrid work is encouraged for new hires residing within a reasonable commuting distance from an office, as agreed upon with the manager.
