Medical Information Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide top-tier services, including staffing for call centers to handle product information inquiries.

• Identify and record any adverse events and/or product quality concerns.

• Engage in medical writing and manage drug information requests from healthcare professionals.

• Ensure outstanding business outcomes while collaborating with various departments as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Life Sciences or healthcare, or a related field.

• A robust clinical background along with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level is mandatory.

• Fluency in Spanish is required.

• Strong skills in translation.

• Experience in Call Center operations, Medical Information, the pharmaceutical sector, and clinical roles, including medical writing.
