This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.
• Part of integrated commercial services focused on Medical Communications.
• Establish credibility and enhance relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and industry clients.
• Provide industry-leading services, including staffing for call centers that handle product information requests.
• Triage and address drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers.
• Identify adverse events and product complaints during customer interactions.
• Comply with local Regulatory Authority regulations regarding post-marketing adverse event reporting.
• Apply writing skills to create narratives for adverse events and responses to medical inquiries.
• Degree in Life Sciences or healthcare, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong clinical background is essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Native fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages at C1 or C2 level is preferred.
• Strong skills in translation.
• Experience in Call Center operations, Medical Information, the pharmaceutical industry, and clinical roles including medical writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows applications.
• Familiarity with Medical Information Management Systems, Safety Databases, or similar platforms.
• Medical insurance.
