This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Accountable for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of imaging equipment across various modalities, including MR, CT, X-Ray, and advanced diagnostic systems.
β’ Oversee financial performance in their designated territory, achieving or surpassing budget targets for revenue generation, expense management, and inventory oversight.
β’ Manage company assets such as a company vehicle, mobile phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
β’ Provide prompt and effective repairs along with sufficient training for operators to ensure optimal system functionality, resulting in exceptional customer satisfaction.
β’ Minimum of a high school diploma; a technical Associate's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
β’ At least 3 years of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments is required.
β’ A valid driver's license, ability to drive independently both day and night, and a clean driving record are necessary.
β’ Familiarity and experience in servicing, performing preventative maintenance, and making modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment.
β’ Proficient in all required network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, and NAM Customer Service websiteβEngineer Tools).
β’ Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
