Medical Imaging Field Engineer – MR/CT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Providing service for imaging equipment in the Philadelphia, PA region.

• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and conducting preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare Medical Solution instruments at client locations with minimal oversight.

• Ensuring timely and effective repairs while delivering adequate operator training to guarantee optimal system functionality.

• Overseeing financial performance within the assigned territory, achieving or surpassing budget targets for revenue generation, expense management, and inventory control.

• Building and sustaining positive business relationships with customers and colleagues, while accurately performing required administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least a high school diploma; technical Associate's Degree or equivalent is preferred.

• Proficient in the utilization of tools and service testing equipment.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) working on diagnostic instruments is required.

• A valid driver's license with the ability to drive independently during both day and night, along with a good driving record, is necessary.

• Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment is essential.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities are required.

• A general understanding of electrical principles, power supplies, and grounding is important.

• Proficiency in required network applications and tools (including, but not limited to, eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
