Medical Imaging Field Engineer – MR/CT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Providing service for imaging equipment in the Philadelphia, PA region.

• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and conducting preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare Medical Solution instruments at client locations with minimal oversight.

• Ensuring timely and effective repairs while delivering adequate training to operators to maintain optimal system performance.

• Overseeing financial performance within the assigned territory, aiming to meet or surpass revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management budgets.

• Building and sustaining strong business relationships with clients and colleagues, along with accurately completing necessary administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma; a technical Associate's Degree or equivalent is preferred.

• Proficiency in the use of tools and service testing equipment is essential.

• At least 1 year of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments is required.

• A valid driver's license, the capacity to drive independently during the day and at night, and a good driving record are mandatory.

• Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment is necessary.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.

• A general understanding of electrical principles, power supplies, and grounding is needed.

• Proficiency in all required network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools) is expected.
