📋 Description

• Executes technical tasks that are primarily predetermined to fulfill specific service delivery requirements for customer equipment.

• Provides support to customers both remotely and onsite, delivering 2nd and 3rd level user assistance when issues arise.

• Manages and completes defined service operations or resolves product-related issues for customer equipment.

• Aids in generating sales leads for predefined service offerings and participates in planning initiatives.

• Complies with established processes and relevant regulations.

• Primarily carries out predefined technical tasks, such as basic commissioning of products and systems, component integration, basic engineering, and maintenance activities.

• Offers customer support both remotely and onsite, providing 2nd and 3rd level user assistance when issues arise.

• Coordinates and executes defined service operations or resolves product issues for customer equipment.

• Assists in generating sales leads for predefined service offers and contributes to planning efforts.

• Adheres to established processes and applicable regulations.
