This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze patient phone calls and interactions managed by AI.
• Assess the accuracy of workflows and the quality of patient communication.
• Evaluate typical front office scenarios which include:
• Scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
• Requests for medication refills.
• Collection of payments and inquiries related to billing.
• Questions regarding insurance.
• Processes for patient intake and registration.
• Identify gaps in workflows and potential areas for enhancement.
• Deliver structured feedback to the project team.
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare front office setting.
• Experience in one or more of the following specialties:
• Dentistry.
• Optometry.
• Pain Management.
• Dermatology.
• Strong knowledge of patient scheduling and front office operations.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable reviewing recorded calls and providing documented feedback.
• Location: Remote (United States Only).
• Commitment: 4 Weeks (approximately 10 hours per week).
• Contract Type: Temporary Independent Contractor (1099).
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
