Medical Facility Management Systems Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee a remote team of facility data specialists within the European healthcare network of the U.S. military.

• Act as the main point of contact between French Consulting, DHA Program Management, and MTF Facility Managers across all European locations.

• Prepare monthly progress reports and keep an up-to-date list of open action items.

• Create and implement a detailed AOR work plan, monitoring milestones, staffing levels, and compliance with deliverables.

• Organize interim coverage plans for Data Specialists who will be unavailable for more than two weeks.

• Perform site visits to European MTFs and deliver written trip reports within 5 business days.

• Report non-compliance findings to the DHA along with corrective action plans supported by performance metrics analysis.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and conduct annual performance evaluations for all Data Specialists in the European AOR.

• Lead performance work sessions with MTF Facility Management personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in DoD program management.

• Strong understanding of DHA facility management programs and database systems.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint).

• CAC eligibility required within 120 days of employment (favorably adjudicated NACI or equivalent).

• SOFA compliance for performance locations outside the continental U.S.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline with 4+ years of DoD experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of DoD experience (experience may be considered in lieu of degree).

• Minimum of 3 years in medical facility management or a closely related field.

• Previous work experience in OCONUS/European theater.

• Knowledge of enterprise reporting tools.
