
Medical Education Representative β Events Business Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Strategizing, coordinating, and executing medical continuing education and training initiatives in close partnership with the Sales and Marketing teams (involves approximately 35% travel)
β’ Managing all aspects of event and training logistics, including venues, travel arrangements, materials, demonstrations, and hands-on sessions with medical products
β’ Overseeing operational management of budgets, compliance obligations (HCC), and reimbursements for healthcare professionals in collaboration with the Accounting department
β’ Serving as the primary contact for physicians β from registration to follow-up, providing both organizational and technical support
β’ Evaluating needs and enhancing training formats in close cooperation with cross-functional teams
β’ Tracking KPIs, reporting outcomes, and continuously refining the programs
β’ Offering support and coaching to internal teams as necessary
β’ Keeping abreast of trends in MedTech and medical education to continually enhance the programs
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
β’ Proficiency with Cvent or comparable event management software
β’ At least 3 years of experience in organizing continuing education or training programs; experience within the MedTech, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries is advantageous
β’ Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple topics simultaneously
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills when collaborating with internal and external partners as well as healthcare professionals
β’ Analytical and data-driven approach with experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and proficiency in Excel/BI tools preferred
β’ High service orientation, self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability
β’ Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken (additional European languages are a plus)
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 35%
