Medical Education Manager – Coronary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Developing, executing, and sustaining Medical Education initiatives

• Building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

• Managing relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders

• Ensuring alignment with the Medical Education strategy and adapting to necessary changes

• Offering guidance and clinical expertise to the Medical Education Support team

• Coordinating with colleagues and overseeing vendor partnerships

• Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to guarantee successful program execution and adherence to corporate and regulatory standards

• Ensuring all programs align with the Medical Education strategy and are adjusted as needed

• Partnering with marketing/production teams to develop promotional materials for existing and new initiatives

• Monitoring existing programs through metrics and follow-up

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or a comparable combination of education and professional experience

• At least 4 years of clinical and/or training experience in the Cardiovascular Therapy field preferred or equivalent experience in sales and/or marketing

• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities, along with keen attention to detail

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Strong relationship-building skills essential for partnering with physicians and Internal/External stakeholders

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at various levels within the organization

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines promptly
