This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Executing all editorial processes for the designated brand
• Assisting in the establishment of brand styles
• Upholding brand style guides
• Engaging in status meetings, project kickoffs, and internal reviews to provide insights on timelines, scope, and workflow processes
• Maintaining regular communication with the brand team
• Following the editorial process and ensuring team adherence to these protocols
• Completing tasks within the timeframe established by the team
• Regularly and proactively communicating with editorial leadership about workload and necessary resources
• 2-4 years of experience as an editor in a healthcare and/or pharmaceutical advertising agency
• Strong command of grammar
• In-depth knowledge of the AMA Manual of Style 11th Edition
• Proficiency in Workfront Proof and/or Ziflow
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to focus on both the minute details and the broader aspects of specific projects and overall brand
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Competence to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; willing and able to address existing and potential challenges
• Comfortable in an entirely remote work setting
• Familiarity with Veeva Vault is a plus
• Experience with product launches is a plus
