This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel Innovative Treatments: Collaborate with the CMO and Clinical Ops lead to develop and implement treatment workflows for at least one existing or new condition — spanning from protocol creation to provider training and launch.
• Expand the Provider Network: Conduct one-on-one meetings with each provider to evaluate strengths and weaknesses, and establish a performance framework — including scorecards, quarterly assessments, and productivity benchmarks — to support an exceptional remote dermatology team.
• Establish the Clinical Infrastructure: Implement QA systems, SOPs, and escalation workflows that ensure consistent care as we expand — maintaining audit readiness at all stages.
• Spearhead the design and implementation of clinical workflows for both new and existing dermatological conditions.
• Collaborate with the CMO and Clinical Ops lead to enhance innovative treatment protocols, ensuring alignment with current evidence and best practices.
• Work alongside the Product team to convert clinical workflows into platform functionalities — such as provider dashboards, decision support tools, and patient-facing care pathways.
• Assist in research initiatives with academic and pharmaceutical partners to improve treatment outcomes.
• Oversee and continually enhance daily clinical performance across the nation’s largest online dermatology workforce.
• Guide provider onboarding, training, and continuous development — cultivating a team that consistently delivers outstanding care remotely.
• Enhance provider productivity and quality through structured coaching sessions.
• Contribute to AI initiatives aimed at enhancing provider performance and streamlining clinical workflows.
• Organize CME programming and content development for provider summits.
• Facilitate the recruitment of speakers and pharmaceutical partners for clinical events.
• Create correction workflows in collaboration with the CMO and supervisory leads.
• Ensure strict compliance with all treatment protocols throughout the provider panel.
• Evaluate and report on treatment outcomes, identifying trends and outliers for clinical review.
• Develop and manage patient clinical escalation workflows involving the CMO, supervisory leads, and care coordinators.
• Create regulatory-grade SOPs and SLAs to guarantee the platform remains audit-ready at every growth stage.
• Supervise QA evaluation systems to assess provider documentation, patient interactions, and treatment decisions.
• MD or DO with an active license; a minimum of 5 years of clinical dermatology experience treating patients.
• Operational expertise: Experience as a senior operator at a large dermatology network (e.g., Schweiger, Forefront, Integrated) and/or a background in management consulting, private equity, or military service with an MBA.
• Proven experience in building clinical systems, SOPs, and quality frameworks — preferably within a large dermatology network, telehealth platform, or managed care organization (e.g., Advanced Dermatology, Integrative Dermatology).
• Analytical, metrics-oriented mindset: Ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and translate insights into operational improvements.
• Structured, detail-focused operator — excels in environments that necessitate both overarching protocol design and meticulous chart-level reviews.
