Medical Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Supervise compliance with protocols to guarantee that clinical operations align with current protocols, evidence-based medicine standards, and relevant state and federal regulations.

• Establish and uphold written Collaborative Practice Agreements/Supervisory Agreements as mandated by state law for each Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) working with Ageless Men’s Health at our Pennsylvania locations.

• Be generally accessible via telecommunications during clinic hours for consultations with NPs and PAs.

• Perform chart reviews as required by regulations set forth by the Pennsylvania Board of Medicine.

• Review and co-sign charts in accordance with individual agreements and Pennsylvania regulatory standards.

• Ensure that clinic operations adhere to Pennsylvania state medical practice laws, Board of Medicine regulations, and DEA requirements.

• Maintain an active Pennsylvania DEA registration to support lawful supervision of controlled substance prescribing, including testosterone and related medications.

• Act as a resource for clinical inquiries from NPs and PAs; provide prompt consultations through phone, video, or messaging platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license (MD or DO) with no pending disciplinary actions.

• Active DEA registration in Pennsylvania.

• Board certification in a recognized specialty (e.g., internal medicine, family medicine, urology, endocrinology, or a related field).

• Willingness to engage in formal Collaborative Agreements (for NPs) and Supervisory Agreements (for PAs) and submit these to Pennsylvania licensing boards.

• Availability by phone or telehealth during business hours for provider consultations.

• Must reside within the state of Pennsylvania.
