Director of Implementation – Healthcare SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of customer implementations from the moment the contract is signed through to go-live and the post-implementation transition.

• Lead intricate enterprise healthcare technology deployments that involve numerous stakeholders, integrations, and workstreams.

• Develop and enhance implementation methodologies, governance processes, tools, and delivery standards.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to guarantee successful outcomes for customers.

• Act as the primary escalation point for implementation risks, issues, and customer concerns at the executive level.

• Set up implementation KPIs, capacity planning processes, and delivery metrics.

• Recruit, mentor, and nurture implementation team members while remaining actively engaged in strategic deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare technology implementation, professional services, or customer delivery.

• Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise software deployments within healthcare settings.

• Robust understanding of EHR/EMR integrations, including HL7, FHIR, APIs, and associated interoperability standards.

• Proven track record of building, scaling, and enhancing implementation or professional services functions.

• Experience interacting with executive stakeholders, IT leadership, and operational teams.

• PMP or a similar program management certification is preferred.

• Experience in high-growth or scaling technology organizations is greatly valued.
