Medical Device Sales Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a regional sales strategy for Medical Devices that aligns with the business goals, growth objectives, and market opportunities.

• Take ownership of regional revenue performance, which includes forecasting, pipeline management, and achieving sales targets for the Medical Devices team.

• Recruit, lead, and nurture a high-performing regional sales team.

• Manage the team based on financial outcomes such as sales growth, margins, pipeline size, conversion rates, costs, and utilization of the Salesforce tool. Set clear goals and objectives for the team.

• Maintain a customer-centric sales approach that promotes value, retention, and expansion.

• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Commercial Excellence teams to enhance sales processes, territory design, forecasting accuracy, and CRM adoption, focusing on commercial excellence.

• Provide and implement necessary solutions to meet objectives by coordinating cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance.

• Establish key relationships at critical accounts, spanning from Sourcing to Engineering.

• Manage executive relationships for assigned key accounts.

• Negotiate long-term agreements that result in mutually beneficial outcomes for both the customer and Healthcare Qualifications.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or Science; an MBA is a strong advantage.

• A minimum of ten years of experience in sales operations, including the deployment and/or integration of CRM and ERP software within a corporate environment.

• Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to influence internal cross-functional stakeholders toward strategic goals.

• Strong organizational skills backed by a disciplined approach.

• Excellent time management, prioritization, and relationship-building abilities.

• A self-starter who takes initiative and is focused on action and results.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to convey findings, observations, and opportunities to a diverse audience.

• Ability to translate data into customer-facing proposals to facilitate decision-making.

• Proficient in computer applications including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Salesforce.com, and other business and database programs.

• Familiarity with iQMS is a significant plus.

• Strong business analytical skills.

• Capability to create, establish, and implement WIN-WIN solutions.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.

• Adaptability to a constantly changing organization.

• Possess vision and leadership qualities that will effectively drive change and position SPG as a leader in global sales operations excellence.

• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
