
Medical Device Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Aim to surpass the monthly revenue target.
• Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales; work closely with both new and existing clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Oversee the sales process in conjunction with marketing and the Sales Engineer (for demonstrations).
• Negotiate contracts and pricing alongside the RSD and/or CCO.
• Keep customer information updated in our CRM, HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Marketing and others to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
• Travel to events to represent EnsoData and, when necessary, travel for onsite demonstrations.
• Prior experience in sleep medicine, particularly in home sleep testing sales (PPG is preferred).
• Familiarity with Healthcare Software as a Medical Device, SaaS, or healthcare software sales is advantageous.
• Possess clinical aptitude, business savvy, and a robust work ethic.
• Hunter mentality combined with innovative thinking.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience as an account executive.
• Proven track record in closing business within a health system is required.
• Experience in enterprise health system sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a dynamic team.
• Experience working with remote and hybrid teams.
• Background at a startup, tech, software engineering, or similar organizations is a plus.
• A desire to contribute to the development of innovative technologies that enhance healthcare efficiency, affordability, and effectiveness.
• Personal attributes of integrity, perseverance, and commitment to the organization's mission.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time; this position primarily focuses on remote selling rather than daily travel.
