Medical Data Review Manager – Rheumatologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert capabilities as a member of a Medical Data Review team.

• Oversee project management for the team focusing on clinical data review.

• Propel the delivery of comprehensive study data quality and integrity.

• Perform in-stream data trend analysis to support data quality and integrity.

• Maintain a data quality emphasis to ensure readiness for audits with Clinical Compliance and Systems Validation Compliance.

• Specify data capture requirements aligned with protocol and reporting necessities.

• Foster strong relationships with customers.

• Monitor service performance and provide guidance to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure prompt follow-up and resolution of compliance concerns.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical graduate with a 5-year college degree or MD.

• Board certification as a Rheumatologist - Required.

• Strong understanding of clinical/medical data.

• Familiarity with Medical Terminology, Pharmacology, Anatomy, and Physiology.

• Demonstrated expertise in the proactive identification of issues.

• Capability to represent clinical data scientists in multi-disciplinary team meetings and external engagements.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork abilities.
