📋 Description

• Evaluate and revise a variety of materials promptly while following industry, organizational, and client style guidelines.

• Ensure that all deliverables align with editorial policies and quality standards.

• Copy edit, proofread, and format scientific documents, including presentations, manuscripts, and scientific communications, according to specifications from congresses, journals, and clients.

• Prepare documents for teams within established timelines and budget constraints.

• Provide assistance to teams with journal and congress submissions as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and project teams to attain shared objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a medical, scientific, regulatory, or pharmacovigilance editing role, ideally within a medical communications agency, contract research organization, medical journal, or a related field.

• Capability to review, understand, and modify intricate medical and scientific materials.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Experience in integrating AI solutions into editorial processes is preferred.

• Skill in effectively prioritizing tasks and managing workloads.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Strong aptitude for contributing as part of a cohesive team.

• Adaptability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
