This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Assist the Global Medical Information / Medical Content Development Team in managing and developing client medical content.
• Create and write medical and scientific materials for Medical Affairs, Medical Information, and Medical Communications.
• Generate scientific response documents, FAQs, slide decks, abstracts, posters, educational materials, and other related content.
• Lead the client document development process from sourcing materials to producing scientifically rigorous content.
• Facilitate document reviews and discussions during medical, legal, and regulatory meetings.
• Oversee documents in EVERSANA or client document-management systems like Veeva PromoMats and MedComms.
• Upload documents and provide necessary reference anchoring and annotations.
• Conduct scientific data fact-checking to assist medical reviewers on MLR teams.
• Collaborate with the Global Medical Information / Medical Content Development Team on strategic planning, tactical execution, and communication methods.
• Directly work with medical writers and members of the medical content development team to efficiently deliver client projects.
• Attend assigned client meetings.
• Develop and revise SOPs, checklists, templates, style guides, and guidance documents.
• Monitor industry best practices and assist in evaluating and implementing technologies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and content quality.
• Work collaboratively with medical writers and creative teams within EVERSANA.
• Ensure client satisfaction, compliance with industry standards and codes of practice, while delivering high-quality, scientifically accurate, strategically aligned, ethical, and compliant medical content.
• Actively identify quality issues and manage timely corrective and preventive measures.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in medical writing or related fields.
• Strong understanding of medical and scientific terminology.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in medical communications.
• Proficiency in document management systems like Veeva PromoMats and MedComms is a plus.
• Full-time position based from home.
• Flexibility to work remotely.
• Business travel required at approximately 10–15%.
