Medical Billing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise and enhance the billing and collections processes for designated clients.

• Finalize monthly billing cycles and generate timely accounts receivable, payment, and adjustment reports.

• Guide and mentor remote billing contractors to ensure quality and operational efficiency.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients (billing staff, CFOs, CEOs), fostering strong professional relationships.

• Develop, revise, and implement billing procedures while training staff as needed.

• Conduct interviews, onboard new contractors, and support their development.

• Collaborate with leadership on client requirements, performance metrics, and resource planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, billing operations, or a related leadership position.

• Demonstrated ability to enhance processes and effectively resolve claims-related issues.

• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing remote teams.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficient problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
