Medical Biller, Behavioral Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for behavioral health practices.

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) operations and follow up with insurance providers.

• Accurately execute payment posting (ERA/EOB).

• Submit, monitor, and reconcile insurance claims effectively.

• Investigate claim denials and handle appeals to enhance reimbursement.

• Confirm patient insurance eligibility and assess behavioral health benefits.

• Liaise with insurance companies to resolve claims and clarify authorization requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Medical Biller in a U.S. healthcare environment (experience in behavioral health is a plus).

• Strong expertise in RCM, AR follow-ups, and payment posting methods.

• Knowledge of behavioral health billing practices, including basic CPT/ICD coding.

• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical billing platforms.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Stable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace.

• Availability to work during business hours in Central Time.
