This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize and coordinate medical appointments between patients and healthcare providers.
• Oversee calendar scheduling and dispatch reminders.
• Aid in the setup, monitoring, and follow-up of patients utilizing remote health monitoring devices for RTM and RPM.
• Communicate with nurses and/or patients’ providers regarding health-related inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records, medical histories, treatment plans, and encounter documentation.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and privacy laws.
• Act as the primary contact for patients, providing information, addressing inquiries, and supporting patients throughout their care journey.
• Facilitate communication among patients, healthcare providers, and team members.
• Keep stakeholders informed about patient care plans and updates.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Previous experience in remote patient monitoring, telehealth, or care coordination is advantageous.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and virtual communication tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with patients remotely.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation processes.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Full-time availability: 40 hours per week across five 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with rotating weekends every 6–8 weeks.
• Ability to work within the 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST call-hours window.
• Windows 10+ or macOS 14 Sonoma+ computer; no Chromebooks, Linux machines, or smartphones.
• Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent Windows processor, or Apple Silicon Mac.
• 16 GB RAM.
• Wired headphones without built-in microphones.
• Internet speed of at least 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload.
• Ethernet cable connecting the computer directly to the router.
• Google Chrome with Amazon Workspaces.
• Webcam for video calls.
• A second monitor is highly recommended for laptop users; dual monitors for PC users.
• Weekend and holiday shifts compensated at $25.00 per hour.
• Flexible scheduling within the 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST call-hours window.
• Following a rotating weekend, the subsequent Monday and Tuesday off.
