This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Quickly address inquiries from new patients and convert leads into scheduled appointments.
• Follow up with potential patients via phone, email, and text communications.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments utilizing Jane EMR.
• Conduct courtesy insurance eligibility and benefits verification for out-of-network patients.
• Keep patient information updated and accurate within the EMR system.
• Reach out to inactive patients to encourage their return for care.
• Establish relationships with referring providers, including orthopedic clinics, hand surgeons, and other medical offices.
• Perform outreach to referral partners to assist in the growth of the practice.
• Oversee the owner's calendar and email as necessary.
• Complete various administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead conversion with exceptional interpersonal skills is essential.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and phone systems is required.
• Healthcare administrative experience, along with a solid understanding of medical terminology and insurance verification, is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with Jane EMR is a significant advantage.
• Basic Requirements
• Must be able to communicate in English clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing.
• Relevant work experience is required.
• Must be able to provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance prior to onboarding (mandatory).
• Availability to participate in video meetings with the camera on when necessary is required.
