This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate prospective leads utilizing Apollo and various other prospecting tools.

• Engage in outreach efforts directed at service-oriented businesses.

• Schedule qualified meetings directly into the Co-founder's calendar.

• Confirm appointments to enhance attendance rates.

• Keep precise CRM records of outreach activities and meeting results.

• Deliver daily updates regarding activity and performance.

• Prior experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or B2B outreach.

• Experience focusing on service-based businesses is strongly preferred.

• Self-driven with exceptional communication skills.

• Comfortable operating within a performance-based commission framework.

• Capable of showcasing measurable results within the initial month.
