This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Your daily responsibilities will involve reaching out by phone to existing customers, re-establishing connections, and scheduling their next service appointment.
β’ This role does not require aggressive selling β it focuses on warm outreach, providing a friendly reason for customers to agree, and securing appointments on the calendar.
β’ In addition to making calls, you will maintain a national appointments calendar efficiently and manage rescheduling seamlessly.
β’ Demonstrated experience with high call volumes β in roles such as call center, inside sales, business development representative (BDR), customer service, or busy retail/support environments.
β’ Possess a warm and positive demeanor on the phone, with the ability to remain motivated even in response to a βno.β
β’ Comfortable with technology (you donβt need to be an engineer, but you should be familiar with discussing devices and systems); experience with CRM systems is beneficial, and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
β’ Must be organized and self-motivated to take ownership of your responsibilities in a fully remote position.
