This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors to perform thorough customer discovery, identifying business challenges and optimal AI-driven solutions.
• Serve as a strategic link between medical affairs teams and our AI offerings, converting complex medical requirements into practical technological applications.
• Develop and maintain detailed best practice guides and playbooks to enhance readiness for AI solution implementation.
• Assist in the development of the AI roadmap for pharmaceutical clients by understanding their strategic objectives.
• Evaluate and communicate internal capabilities within the realm of medical affairs.
• Align future objectives with the potential of AI technology.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success project leaders during contracted project execution, ensuring:
• Accurate compliance with customer specifications.
• Consistent delivery according to the agreed project scope.
• Enhance customer comprehension of Responsible AI tool applications.
• Co-lead training and change management initiatives alongside clients.
• Work in close partnership with technology and product teams to:
• Align product functionalities with critical customer needs.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert in medical affairs, advocating for client requirements.
• Assist clients in defining and designing tailored solutions.
• Provide expert advice in medical affairs disciplines, including:
• Field excellence.
• Insights management.
• Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategies.
• Publication planning and execution.
• Congress management.
• Impact demonstration.
• Support the platform's utilization by various medical professionals, proactively identifying barriers to adoption and strategies for resolution.
• Maintain best practice guides and playbooks to ensure process readiness for AI solution implementation.
• Contribute to the AI roadmap for pharmaceutical clients by aligning technology direction with real-world Medical Affairs needs.
• Relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical or biotech sector, with specialized knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
• Medical Affairs (either field or office-based).
• Medical Operations.
• Medical Analytics or Tech Ops.
• Proven experience collaborating with field teams.
• In-depth understanding of medical insights processes, demands, and best practices.
• An advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in Pharma or Biotech, with approximately 5 years of progressive experience in medical affairs.
• Strong comprehension of challenges within the pharmaceutical industry and opportunities presented by AI technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic thinking and adept problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project leadership and exceptional organizational capabilities.
