
Medical Account Specialist II – Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Connect with Hematologists and other key Oncology stakeholders, delivering clinically relevant sales messages to promote our Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody.
• Foster collaboration with various partners to proactively address customer needs, pinpoint market dynamics and trends, and create strategies that align with brand and corporate goals within the designated territory.
• Build robust working relationships with assigned accounts and specialists.
• Conduct market profiling activities to gain a comprehensive understanding of regional and local healthcare delivery systems, influencers, and payer networks.
• Actively seek out business opportunities with assigned accounts and lead effective coordination efforts by the Regeneron Oncology account team.
• Show commitment to compliance by understanding the regulations and policies governing customer interactions.
• A Bachelor's degree; a Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications is a plus.
• At least 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, with a preference for Hematology Oncology.
• Experience with buy and bill processes involving biologics is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience engaging with key thought leaders or influential customers in group practices, academic hospitals, and major institutions.
• Current account management experience targeting large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
• Strong knowledge of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and the current Oncology marketplace.
