Medical Account Specialist II – Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Engage with Hematologists and other key Oncology stakeholders, providing clinically focused sales messages to promote our Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody.

• Foster collaboration with various partners, including the Regional Director, Nurse Educator, Key Account Manager, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists.

• Build strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.

• Conduct market profiling activities to gain a comprehensive understanding of regional and local healthcare delivery systems, influencers, and payer environments.

• Proactively identify business opportunities within assigned accounts and coordinate efforts effectively with the Regeneron Oncology account team.

• Cultivate a diverse network of relationships within each account to comprehend their objectives, goals, and challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications are advantageous.

• A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, with a preference for Hematology Oncology.

• Experience with buy and bill processes involving biologics is required.

• At least 3 years of experience working with key opinion leaders or influential customers within group practices, academic hospitals, and major institutions.

• Current account management experience targeting large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.

• Strong knowledge of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and the current Oncology market landscape.

• Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate activities among individuals across different reporting structures.
