Medicaid Business Intelligence Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Address intricate business challenges by leveraging data from both internal and external sources.

• Create processes, reporting frameworks, and visual representations for Humana Healthy Horizons Medicaid Risk Adjustment.

• Oversee Big Data management and ensure data quality.

• Make informed decisions regarding work methodologies with minimal supervision.

• Adhere to established guidelines and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Python or Pyspark.

• At least 2 years of experience in a Jupyter Notebook environment.

• Over 2 years of experience using the Databricks Platform.

• More than 2 years of experience with Microsoft PowerBI or other data visualization tools.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Big Data and conducting root cause analysis.

• At least 2 years of experience in the business ownership of data processes.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Excel formulas, pivots, charts, graphs, etc.
