Mediating Tutor – Business Administration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate mediation sessions to enhance students’ comprehension of course material and promote effective learning.

• Take initiative in the virtual learning setting by addressing inquiries, fostering participation, and overseeing forum discussions.

• Assist the lead instructor in evaluating written assignments, ensuring educational consistency and adherence to established standards.

• Engage in the student onboarding process, helping new students and organizing make-up sessions for those who join late.

• Maintain regular communication with the lead instructor to ensure alignment of academic and teaching strategies.

• Take part in institutional training initiatives to consistently enhance mediation methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a specialization in the area.

• Background in mentoring, classroom instruction, or tutoring.

• A master's or doctoral degree will be viewed as a beneficial asset.
